Spacer Sleeve (Single Stitch)
100% NOMEX felt sown with NOMEX thread. Aluminum profiles are inserted into the NOMEX sleeves to provide a rigid yet soft spacer bar. This bar acts as a partition between two layers of aluminum profiles in the aging oven. Spacer bar covers maintain the just extruded surface finish of the aluminum profiles. As the sleeves can be used again and again they reduce housekeeping around the plant by eliminating the use of cardboard. Operating temperature of up to  220 ºC (425 °F).
